Time‐space‐power allocation for enhanced IoT‐terminal services in cognitive satellite‐aerial networks

In remote and inaccessible areas, the traffic request for Internet-of-Things (IoT) terminals is growing. This paper proposes a cognitive satellite-aerial network (CSAN) to provide sufficient access services. The proposed CSAN consists of primary beam-hopping (BH) satellite secondary aerial-based station (ABS) systems. Since two systems share spectrums, co-channel interference (CCI) between complicated, quality service (QoS) seriously degraded. To improve QoS, dynamic BH (DBH) pattern, ABS in time domain, power control domain are studied. First, based on sparsity DBH greedy quick tracking (GAT) algorithm design pattern quickly. Then, subject monitor (GAM) determined timely control. each only serves within suitable distance, placement terminal cluster multi-ABSs space required ensure full coverage. Thus, mutual selection K save numbers fairness among clusters. Simulation results demonstrate efficacy time-space-power allocation enhanced IoT-terminal services CSAN.
